Womens Day 2025 – Fred and Marties Soupkitchen

Happy Women’s Day! ❤️

This Women’s Day, HEF, in partnership with the Dis-Chem Foundation and Estée Lauder, had the privilege of spending a wonderful morning with the incredible women at the Fred & Martie Soup Kitchen in Claremont.

The day was filled with creativity and kindness! The ladies tapped into their artistic side with some amazing art stencil projects hosted by Luzette from Beautiful Craft Creations, and were pampered with relaxing hand massages from the dedicated volunteers at Estée Lauder.

But that’s not all! To make the day even more special, each woman received a dignity hamper, generously sponsored by the Dis-Chem Foundation, Estée Lauder Companies South Africa and Beautiful Craft Creations. The celebration concluded with some sweet treats and a warm meal for the ladies in the Claremont community, leaving everyone with a full heart and a happy stomach.
